After years of frustration and thousands of lost dollars, a local company may see some legal satisfaction — but company officials say the money is gone for good.
"We lost a lot of business," said Jim Anderson of Phoenix Organs on Drummond Line.
"We know we aren't going to see the money. But we'd like to see him (Michael Snow) convicted."
Snow, owner of a Lindsay company called ShopCAM, was charged Tuesday by the OPP with eight counts of fraud over $5,000, two counts of extortion, two counts of money laundering, one count of forgery, one count of theft over $5,000 and one count of uttering threats.
Also charged jointly with Snow are Tamara Condy (one count of fraud, one count of money laundering) and Julie Langton (one count of fraud).
